The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of John Guidi can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

When I think of our cousin John, I remember happy summer days as a kid, when our family would visit his family in Boston for weeks at a time. He was the oldest of all seven the combined Guidi & Isleib kids, and he led us in great games of backyard hide & seek, or trips to the first Emack & Bolio's ice cream place in Cambridge, or to shoot hoops at Weston High School. He was super-human -- he knew everything, had tried out for professional soccer with the world-famous NY Cosmos, and could beat us all at any board game. Those days were endless, among the greatest days that any of us cousins ever had.
