The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Harold Huston can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

Stacie Brown

Gary, Becky and Kelley- I am so sorry to hear of Tex's passing. Tex retired from Volunteering in August of 2008 so I did not get a chance to work with him directly. I have however been able to say Hi to him on Friday's when he would join the Volunteers for lunch in the cafeteria. I am not sure what year Tex started Volunteering at MCMH as our records only go back so far, but I know he was Volunteering at least as far back as 2001. When he retired from Volunteering in 2008, he had given 2476 hours of service to our Hospital. Although retired from Volunteering, Tex will always be "one of us" and I will miss seeing him on Friday's. Best wishes to you and your family, Stacie Brown, Volunteer Director, MCMH
