Condolence: I grew up with Georgette in Bar Harbor. I moved away when I was 10, but came up in summers to stay with grandparents. Georgette and I hung out together those time. Two years ago we got together again to relive old memories. She called me on my birthday the last couple of years. She will be missed in my life.

Condolence: Saddened to read of Georgette's passing. A wonderful person who served as secretary at the Mt.Desert Elementary School for many years. She was very pleasant and always helpful to the many children and adults of the school community. She adored her family and coveted her grandchildren. My condolences go out to sons Barry and Ted, daughter in law Janet, and grandchildren Rory, Cody, and Kelsey.

I'm so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. It had been years since I'd seen her but I always thought of her fondly. She was a great person and will be sadly missed.
