The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Elizabeth Denniston can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I wanted to express my deepest sympathies for your loss.
When I googled E. Denniston artist I was very pleased to find out that she was a talented artist. I happen to have a water color which is signed E. Denniston 1952 which I found when going through my dear mom's belongings. Is it possible that this unframed watercolor of the dunes found its way from Maine to Long Island???

Condolence From: Joan Friedland
Condolence: Betty was a very special lady. I had the pleasure of meeting her at the Hancock Congregational Church where she gave her time for whatever needed to be done. She came to my home and played the piano and we thought we were in Carnegie Hall. All our prayers to her wonderful family.

Condolence: I had the pleasure of meeting Betty through my Mom, Carole. Although, I was only in Betty's presence two or three times, I knew the very first time I met her that she was a very special person. Her kindness and genuine caring was immediately obvious. I know that she will be missed by all that knew her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.
