The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Doris Reed can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Thank you for being my teacher and the sower of seed (God's Word) in my heart. I will never forget you teaching me to memorize the Psalms when I was in the 6th grade. Now that I have come to know the Lord some 36 years ago I attribute you as being one of those who prayed for my Salvation. Rest in Peace Dear Mrs. Reed and know that Gods Word you taught us has not gone void and never will. Your Love of our Lord is still at work.. Psalms 121 is my favorite and I will always remember you when I read it.. May the Lord bring comfort to you Brad, Dorothy and Dana. God Bless

Condolence: I have known Doris all my life and no one has had more of an impact and Christian influence in my life than she did.
I have the most wonderful memories of times spent in her home with her family, sharing good times and most of all, the love of the Lord.
I will miss Doris but know that I will see her again in Heaven.
I pray God's Peace and Love will comfort all of you who have been left behind.
My love to you all.
God Bless,
Marilyee

Condolence: Aunt Doris was one of the very few true "Salt of the Earth" people. Her kind generosity was boundless. As children, our family of six children just LOVED to go see Aunt Doris and as soon as we entered her home, we were greeted not only with a hug, but also with the heavenly aroma of a New England Boiled Dinner! Her genuine love of God shone through everything she did. May you rest in peace Aunt Doris, and enjoy your heavenly rewards!!! With love, Linda

Condolence: I have so many memories of Great Aunt Doris. She would always want to make us something wonderful to eat when we visited. She has gone home now with Uncle Stan, Gram and my mother. What a happy reunion in Heaven. I know how you will miss her, as will I. My prayers and love go out to you, Brad, Dorothy, and Dana & Katherine.
