The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Charles Leland can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Steve and Mary Leslie
Condolence: Received your letter yesterday and was sorry to hear about Charles's passing. I will miss hearing his stories about the crazy adventures he had with my Dad. I will always remember the special relationship my parents shared with you over the years.
I will be in Maine in June, probably about the 10th -17th. Carolyn has sold her house in Madison and is moving to Conn. Unfortunately she is having a hard time finding something in Conn. and is having a stressful time. I will be going out to help her a little. She has to be out by June 27th.
I will write you, but it you see this you might let me know if a date has been set for a Memorial service. If it works out, I would like to attend.
