Condolence: Dear Gordon, Diana, and your family. We join in offering our deepest condolences in the loss of a remarkable man. He was a compelling and straight forward man like few others. A quick story: As you know, when we considered purchasing a home that Walter and Gordon built, we called Walter. Since the home sits close to the water, we asked whether we should worry about storms. "Well," he said, "There's been a some pretty big blows in the 30 years since we built that house, and its still there isn't it." We know he insisted on doing things right. We keep discovering just how well constructed it is. We feel privileged to have the chance to enjoy and protect a small part of Walter's work. We stand in admiration of the special relationship between you, Gordon, and your father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
