Condolence From: Daphne Wales
Condolence: Vic was one of the kindest people I ever knew. I cherish memories of he and Lorraine...the ones that leave a mark on the heart forever with all that is good and real and wholesome true...a huge grin deep laugh to carry me through. The world was/is a better place for me because of Vic and his love Lorraine.

Condolence: Vic always had time to share his vast knowledge of all that is the essence of Maine. He would share technical information as well as sound advice. I always had time for this fine man and will miss him pulling into the dooryard to chat.

Condolence: Lorraine, so sorry to hear of Vic's passing. That was such a nice obituary and he sounded like the way us old farmers live. The land, cutting wood, gardening and berrying, the sea, clamming and lobstering. Nature is religion like no other and I'm sure God would agree. This comes to us all sooner or later and I hope that you find comfort and peace in your memories. That is what is wished for you at this difficult time.

Condolence: I am so very sorry for your loss. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers. I remember Vic from my childhood days, and Shanna still remembers him letting her milk one of the cows! Fond memories of a good childhood. God Bless.

Condolence: My thanks for all the bags of shaving I hauled out of Vics workshop over the years and for the beautiful cutting board and wooden snow plow gifts he made for Marty and myself. Even though I haven't seen much of Vic these last few years I often thought of him especially while down in the harbor mackerel fishing. Most times the mackerel weren't jumping, sorry Vic, even I came away empty handed.
