Condolence From: Bernard Kiernan Cough II
Condolence: I wish I had written more before it wound up here. I started a new job today. Still moving in the same direction, I sell new and used boats now and I'm happy to say it's better than selling cars already. I think if I work hard and make smart decisions I can really find my way to that dream of mine. The dream you were so supportive of. I'm getting there Grammy and you helped me so much to get here. We will all be loving and missing you until we meet again.

Condolence: Dear Cough family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, great-grandmother and great great-grandmother. Sylvia was a sweet and lovely person, and I feel lucky to have gotten to know her a little during summer visits to Bar Harbor. My late mom, Dot Morrison, was a long-time friend of Sylvia's and Sonny's. My mom passed away just a few months before Sylvia, and mom would want to me to add her love and sympathies to mine. We so enjoyed meeting Sylvia and Suzanne for lunch at Jordan's, and chatting, over the past several years. May Sylvia rest in peace.

Condolence: Richard, Heidi, and the entire Cough Family:

We are very sorry to hear about the passing of Sylvia. Debbie in particular will miss her and recalls how nice she was each time Debbie waited on her. Due to holiday travel, we may not be able to appear at the service but we wish the entire family our sincere condolences. What a great life.

Condolence: I cannot let Sylvia's death pass without expressing my gratitude for having known her. As one of a long line of pastors at the Bar Harbor Congregational Church I was impressed by her generosity but my favorite times were running into her at Jordan's. She was a lovely, gracious, remarkable woman. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.
