Obituary for Robert E. Dolliver

Bar Harbor
Robert E. Dolliver, 85, died Jan. 3, 2015 at a MDI healthcare facility. He was born Dec. 29, 1929 in Bar Harbor, the son of George W. and Rita (Johnston) Dolliver.
Bob was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a life-long resident of Bar Harbor and well known for his Handy-Man business.
Bob is survived by two sons, Jeffrey R. Dolliver of Bar Harbor and Steven W. Dolliver and wife Barbara of Grand Island, FL.; a grandson, Justin Leonard. He was predeceased by his wife, Dolores (Sylvia) Dolliver; a brother Buddy Dolliver; and two sisters, Shirley Carter and Margaret White.
At Bob’s request no funeral or graveside services will be held. He will be interred with his wife at Ledgelawn Cemetery, Bar Harbor.
