John Hewitt

Shocked and saddened to read of Patsy's passing. I have been a patient at VAMC in Gainesville, FL for a number of years and on my monthly or sooner visits I, on most trips, got to say hello to Patsy. She was always with a nice "Hi Mr. Hewitt" and on most trips we were able to have a chat. She was an avid Gator Fan, more gymnastics than anything else I think, always reminding me of how she flew into Bangor because it was always accessible. We shared both of us having relatives in North Berwick, hers I believe being her twin grandsons. I was last into VAMC a few weeks ago and met another nurse who worked on the same floor with, and knew Patsy, and I spoke of Patsy to her. Just saddened is the best way I can describe my feelings. I know she will be missed greatly. John Hewitt January 10, 2014
