Condolence: Evie,
Read about Michael the other day, and while I have nothing to compare, I know you must be hurting, and for that I'm most sympathetic. Best wishes to you, your family and friends.

Condolence: Evie, Adam and family. Sue and I are so very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. We had many great times together, both in college and teaching/coaching in the early years. I truly wish we had done a better job of getting together over the years. Our thoughts are with you as you work through this difficult time. You will be in our prayers.

Condolence: To Mrs. Pearson and family:
We have never met you but we have a camp right across from Pearson Island on Flanders Pond. We would see your husband Mike and you in your boat going back and forth frequently when we are here.
We are so sorry for your loss and take comfort in knowing that he passed away peacefully on the island he obviously loved so much.
Our deepest condolences to you and all the Pearson family.
Sincerely,
Betty and Mark Dereniuk

Condolence From: Terry & Marilyn Walsh
Condolence: To Evie, Adam and all the Pearson family and friends, Marilyn and I send our deepest condolences for the sudden loss of one great guy. When Tom Maines called me, I felt I had lost another brother and a kindred spirit - after our dinner celebrating our 50th Reunion from Erskine, Tom and I and our wives felt a 'reconnection' with old friends and kindred spirits with Mike and Evie. The lunch we had together with them at Tom's, only one month ago, where Mike prepared his signature clams casino will always be a dynamic and lasting memory for us because it summoned us back to Maine.
I remember Mike from our days at Erskine where his intelligence was prominent and as a football player he had a fearsome dominance on the field. Mike was a true 'scholar / athlete' and a 'man of all seasons'. As I told him, he was an inspiration for me in the years after Erskine.
To Adam - You may remember that you and I met, at a Las Vegas trade show a dozen years ago, totally by coincidence, and your dad was the center point of our chat. He was very proud of you and his spirit lives in you. You are now the rock for your family - continue to be strong.
When you schedule the celebration of Mike's life, we will be honored to be included. In the meantime, you will be in our prayers and thoughts as we send you love. As Christians, we know that Mike is with the Lord now who decided that His need for Mike was greater than ours. But, Mike's spirit will be with you always - a soul that strong just doesn't go away...
In any way we can, we will be there for you, Evie.

Condolence: Oh Evie. I am so sorry that you have lost your best friend. When Tj called me yesterday I was flooded with memories. Going back to North Berwick all the way to Bath. Parties, golf with Sue Hart and laughter all around. Please give my sympathy to Adam. Even though I don't know him as an adult, I remember him well. I would love to see you. Sending you a huge hug and keeping you in my thoughts. I am here for you anytime. Take care of yourself Evie.
