Obituary for Michael T. Johnston

BAR HARBOR-- Michael T. Johnston, 60, died in Bar Harbor on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012. He was born on June 4, 1952 in Clovis, NM the son of Harry W. and Georgia Sally (Thompson) Johnston.
Michael enjoyed riding his motorcycle spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, Georgia (“Sally”); son, Benjamin Johnston; and brother Donald Johnston. He was predeceased by his father, Harry Johnston.
A Spring graveside committal service will be held at Ledgelawn Cemetery in Bar Harbor. Contributions in Michael’s memory may be made to the Trenton SPCA, 141 Bar Harbor Rd., Ellsworth, Maine 04605.
Arrangements are under the care of Jordan-Fernald, 1139 Main St., Mt. Desert.
