Obituary for Mary Moshier

Mary Moshier, 64, of Gouldsboro, passed away on January 1, 2015. Mary was born on June 10, 1950 in Rutland, Vermont, the daughter of Beverly Burke Cote and Robert Pearo.
Mary attended Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton, MA where she met the love of her life, Stephen Moshier. Mary and Steve were married for 46 years. Mary was first and foremost a homemaker. She spent her life raising and caring for her children. Mary will be remembered for her love of animals. Through the years her home has seen a menagerie of pets from dogs and cats to raccoons, ferrets and birds. She was a wonderful cook, Mary was best known for the years she ran “Mom's Pizza”. “Grammy” also crocheted for everyone she loved, she made Christmas stockings, baby blankets and beautiful sweaters.
Mary is survived by Steve and her four children Julie Colson and her husband Russell , Scott and his wife Klair, Amanda Temple and her husband John, all of Gouldsboro and Glenn and his wife Megan of Winter Harbor. Mary is also survived by her granddaughter Kayla Geel, her husband Larry of Gouldsboro and their children Mackenzie and Cohen and grandchildren Cruz, Devin, Andrew, Emmett and Isaac Moshier and Josie, Lilly and Copelin Temple. In addition, Mary is survived by her mother Beverly of Grafton, MA, brother Bobby Pearo of Darien, Georgia and her beloved sister Carol Seitz of Holden, MA and her children Allan and Jessie. Mary is predeceased by her father Robert Pearo and stepfather Edgar Cote.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 10th at 3pm at the Birch Harbor Baptist Church.
