Malcolm created the first contraceptive social marketing program in Haiti in 1989/91, with Prime and Pante' condoms. Pante' is still sold there, I believe. He did this, like everything else, with humor, iconoclasm, and good cheer. He had nothing but contempt for bureaucracies, nonsense, and foolishness. He was enormously fun. Very sad to see him go.
