Obituary for Jon Hugh Webber

Gouldsboro/Blue Hill
Jon Hugh Webber, 82, died August 1, 2013 at his camp in Gouldsboro. He was born in Ellsworth, October 23, 1930, a son of Clyde Chester and Isabel (Falvey) Webber.
Jon graduated from George Stevens Academy. He served in the US Air Force from 1950-1953. Jon was the store manager for Sherwin Williams in Ellsworth for over 30 years. He was a member of the Ashville Church, Eleanor Widener Dixon Clinic Committee, and Maine Coast Memorial Hospital Schoodic Scramble.
He is survived by his wife, Susan E. Young Webber; brothers-in-law, Capt. Richard “Dick” Young and wife Joyce, and Keith Young; sister-in-law, Mary Flaum; several cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends. He was predeceased by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
