Condolence: My deepest sympathy to the family of Jack. I will have fond memories of times spent with Jack at the Post, and I consider myself one of his allies. Lord knows, he could be stubborn at times, but I liked being around him and believe he didn't mind being around me!!! That's just Jack! I do know that I will miss him and my thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.

Condolence From: Michael and Jill Hallet
Condolence: Jill and I would like to express our heartfelf condolences. For me, Jack was a true friend who helped me make the transition to living in Maine when I moved here in 1996. He was a neighbor, a helper, and a confidant. I will always cherish being welcomed into his home and family and almost every night walking back and forth between our two houses for dinner, cocktails, and card games. His two greatest attributes were his heart and his humor. I knew Jack perhaps better than most outsiders and understood the great compassion and warmth he was capable of. I am proud to be able to call him a friend.
