Obituary for Jeanette O. Hadlock

Jeanette O. (Pierce) Hadlock, 80, died April 24, 2012 at her residence . She was born in Brooklin February 25, 1932 the daughter of Walter and Esther (Carter) Pierce.
Jeanette was a licensed L.P.N. and worked in Massachusetts and Maine for many years. She especially enjoyed deer hunting, mackerel fishing, flowers, and her very special dog, “Poopsie”.
Jeanette is survived by her son, Donald Pierce of Hancock and his children, Jason and Jodi; Nieces, Kathy Early and her husband, John of Perry, and their children, Bobbi Jo, Barbie Jo, and Eric; Dotty Barter and her husband, Bob of Surry, and their children Stacy and Melanie; Sandy Gray and her husband, Steve and their children; Louise Stover and her husband, Doug; Tina Hodgdon and her children; nephew, Steve Tapley and his children; sister, Doris Stickney of FL; cousins, Elwood Tainter and his children, Joe Tainter and his wife, Sylvia and their children; and many friends and neighbors who knew and loved her. She was predeceased by her first husband, Steve Williamson and later by her husband, William Hadlock.
The family wishes to thank her very special friends, Gail Peterson and her mother, Marge, Charlotte and Grant Perkins, and Bea and John Belanger for their love and support to Jeanette in her final years.
A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m., Sunday, May 27, 2012 at Seaside Cemetery, Blue Hill.
