Obituary for Harold R. Sanborn
Searsport and Brooksville
Harold Richard Sanborn, 73, died Nov. 9, 2011 at a Bangor hospital. He was born Jan. 24, 1938 in Castine, the son of George and Olive (Ryan) Sanborn, Sr.
Harold especially enjoyed clamming, blueberry raking, and his time at hunting camp.
He is survived by his son, Brian Sanborn of Rockland; brothers, William Sanborn and wife, Faye of East Thetford, VT, Robert Sanborn and wife, Priscilla of Searsport, and Philip Sanborn of Searsport.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Herbert and George, Jr., and three sisters, Evelyn Hutchinson, Effie Orcutt, and Jean Louise Sanborn.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Lakeview Cemetery, Brooksville.
Memorial gifts may be made in Harold’s memory to the American Cancer Society, Memorial Processing Center, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701
