The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Alice Worcester can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Though our family moves took us farther away from Ellsworth each time, our hearts and thoughts continued to reside in Hancock County. Jean (Sargent) and I live in Texas now, with no chance to get back for the services, but please believe our thoughts and love are with Gloria and Mary and their families. We have some wonderful memories of you all, and cherish those memories.

Our kids reminisce over their stay at Lake's Lane, the visits to Alice and Bill at Sargents Point and the Franklin Farm, and finally getting to meet Conley and his family.

Condolence: Gloria and Mary,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. The last few years certainly have not been easy for either of you. You will always have the many memories of the vast accomplishments your Mom did in her lifetime.
