Mary Lee Prosser, 64, died on Feb. 19, 2023, at Courtland Rehab after a prolonged illness. Mary was born on July 31, 1958, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the daughter of Doris Loraine (Beattie) and William T. Prosser Sr.
Mary attended Old Town High School, graduating with the class of 1976. Mary moved to Bar Harbor as a young adult and fell in love with Mount Desert Island, where she lived for 40 years. She will be dearly missed by her many lifelong friends and family.
Mary is survived by her brothers, Tim Prosser of Owl’s Head, and Bill Prosser of Florence, OR.
Services for Mary will be held in the Spring of 2023, date to be announced.
