Kelly Ann (Turner) Boyce, 61, passed unexpectedly at home on March 24, 2024. She was born February 26, 1963, in Blue Hill, daughter of Richard and Janice Turner (McGuire). She grew up in Stonington where she lived and raised her family.
A loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and aunt, one of her greatest joys was being a grandparent and making memories with her cherished grandchildren. Kelly treasured time spent with her family and friends. She was a proud and active member of the Stonington Methodist Church. Although she was small in stature, Kelly’s personality could fill a room. Friends and family will remember well her desire to celebrate life, her fierce loyalty, and her caring heart.
Kelly is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, Jeffery Boyce of Stonington; daughter, Anna Woolsey and her husband Ryan; grandchildren, Brielle and Makoa of Penobscot; son, Jay Boyce of Stonington; daughter, Leah Boyce of Stonington; stepson, Justin Boyce and his wife Rachel, and their daughter Melody of Stonington; stepdaughter, Kyla Boyce and her husband Matthew Perkins and their daughter Sophia of Burlington, VT; father, Richard Turner Sr. of Stonington; sister, Frances Turner of Stonington; sister, Jeannette Bubar of Stonington, sister, Nancy Haskell and husband Gary of Little Deer Isle; brother, Richard Turner Jr. of Stonington; and many cherished nieces and nephews. Kelly was predeceased by her mother; both sets of grandparents; her in-laws; and her dear brother-in-law Rick Bubar Sr.
