ELLSWORTH-- James Bouchard Kelley, husband of Mary Carney Kelley, died April 22, 2013 at an Ellsworth healthcare facility. He was born June 26, 1942 in East Hartford, CT, the son of the late Bedford B. and Antoinette (Bouchard) Kelley.
James was a graduate of the University of Maine at Machias and also University of Maine at Orono. Over the years he worked in several school systems in the state of Maine as teacher, principal, and interim superintendent. He was a member of the Lions Club and also the Rotary.
In addition to his wife, Mary of Ellsworth, he is survived by one son, Matthew J. Kelley and his wife, Lori of London, England; and brother, Bedford Boyd Kelley of Lutz, FL. He was predeceased by his youngest brother, Terry M. Kelley.
