Obituary for Ethel Ann Winslow (Seeley)
Waltham -- Ethel Ann Winslow, 73, died peacefully December 5, 2018 at her home. She was born in Lubec, November 1, 1945 the daughter of Percy Harold and Elma Mary (Mattheson) Seeley.
Ethel attended and graduated from Shead Memorial High School, class of 1963. She worked at various jobs in the Ellsworth area but her favorite job was raising her three children. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, reading and cooking meals for her family. Ethel loved spending time at home in Waltham with her husband, David.
She is survived by her beloved husband, David Frederick Winslow; daughter, Dawn Crabtree and husband Paul of Eddington; sons, Dean Pottle of Hancock, Harold Pottle of Ellsworth; stepdaughter, Shelley Green of Pennsylvania; stepsons, Greg Winslow of Ohio; Garth Winslow and wife Debbie of Ellsworth, Erik-David Winslow and partner Ariel of Ellsworth; 16 grandchildren; special sister, Leeann Farley and husband Waldo of Dennysville; special brother, Paul Seeley of Rochester, NY; special friend, Gayla Edwards. She was predeceased by her very special canine friend, Belle.
A funeral service will be held 10:30 AM, Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Jordan-Fernald, 113 Franklin St. Ellsworth with Pastor Bob Maddocks officiating. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Waltham
