Obituary for Conrad Edward Beaulieu

Conrad Edward Beaulieu, 95, died November 5, 2019 at the Maine Veterans Home in Bangor. He was born in Caribou, January 22, 1924 the son of Eddie E. and Agnes M. (Long) Beaulieu.
Conrad was a 1948 graduate of University of Maine. He served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers during WWII as an Army diver in Okinawa. He spent six years lay missionary in Louisiana and Guatamala, followed by teaching high school math in Florida. Conrad was an activist in the prolife movement. He was a member of the American Legion Post #83, Ellsworth and SERRA Club of St. Petersburg, FL and the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by special niece, Linda Hardy and husband Bruce of Hancock, Carol Azcue and husband Tony of Texas, Steve York and wife Judi of OK, Leah McLean and husband Jeff of Robbinson, Pam Becker, John Rulien and wife Colleen all of TX.
Calling hours will be held 2:00-4:00, Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Jordan-Fernald, 113 Franklin St. Ellsworth. The rosery will be prayed 9:30am Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 231 Main St. Ellsworth with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 am. Graveside Services will be held 1pm, Wed., May 13th at the Millinocket Cemetery, Millinocket.
