Chuck Scott-Henderson, 81, died at his home in Seal Cove on June 23, 2021. Chuck was born on March 27, 1940, in Battle Creek, MI to parents Charles George and Harriet (Aspregren) Henderson.
Chuck attended Myers Park High School in Charlotte, NC. He was a long-time member of the Church of Our Father in Bar Harbor. He also volunteered with Relay for Life and Southern Poverty Law Center. Chuck loved his life and his friends. He especially enjoyed Men’s breakfast on Friday mornings and long trips with his beloved wife, Deb, following the railroad tracks.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 18 years, Debra Scott-Henderson; his daughter, Merrie Henderson and her partner Don Hall of Villa Rica, GA; stepdaughters, Danielle Baker and her husband Brian of Plattsburgh, NY, Darlene Baker and her husband Craig Wells of Morrisonville, NY and Katrina Spofford of Seal Cove; stepson, Danny Spofford and his wife Melissa of ME, and many grandchildren. Chuck is predeceased by his sister, Marjorie Henderson.
A service will be held September 4, 2021, time and place will be announced at a later date.
