Obituary for Alberta D. "Jo" Gosselin
ALBERTA D. GOSSELIN ELLSWORTH – “JO”, 78, died January 24, 2024, with family by her side. She was born April 22, 1945, in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, the daughter of Beulah Bean and Judes Couture.
Jo graduated from McIntosh College in New Hampshire with an Associate Degree in Accounting. Following graduation, she worked as a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a child development center for many years.
Jo fought the fight with lung cancer for the past two years. Despite her struggles, she had a quick wit and a great sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Jo is survived by her only son, Alfred L. Gosselin and his partner Wendy Evans; Grand-children, Jesse Gosselin & Kelsey Gosselin. Great Grandchildren, Gabriel Gosselin, Issabella Kay, Ariel Baird, Natalie Anderson and Molly Anderson.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date with Pastor Burton Lowry officiating.
