Lynn and I met Guy at our local favorite restaurant in Hobe Sound a few years ago. During the winter season, we shared many evenings with Guy. When I was dining without my wife, we would have very involved discussions from Grouse hunting in Great Britain to commodity prices, (I'm a trader), to fine English Shotguns, (another passion of mine), to boating, and many other subjects. I admired Guy for his extensive knowledge of almost anything we would end up talking about especially exotic cars, another passion of mine.
We'll miss Guy tremendously, he was truly a great "Guy".

I was sad to learn of Guy's passing. I had not seen or spoken with him for more than 40 years. Nevertheless I recall fondly the times we spent together at youngsters in St. Louis, Missouri. He was full of joie de vivre and from what I hear he maintained that zest for life until he died. I wish we could have seen more of each other over the years. I will be swimming again in the Save the Bay swim in Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island on July 28, 2012. I have dedicated my swim to Guy's memory.
