Bar Harbor
Milton “Putt” T. Walls Jr., 77, died May 15, 2012 at his home in Bar Harbor, surrounded by his loving family and special friends. He was born October 14, 1934 in Tremont, the son of Milton T. and Zulma (Wentworth) Walls Sr.
Putt graduated from Gilman High School in Northeast Harbor and Merginthol Linotype School, NY, NY. He worked for the Bar Harbor Times in the office for 12 years, was the owner and operator of B&P Builders, and caretaker of Madeira Estates in Manset for 42 years. Putt was a member of the MDI Lions Club, where he served as King Lion for 1 ½ years, member of the Bar Harbor Masonic Lodge, Anah Shrine and the Hancock County Shrine Club.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Jeri (Wasgatt) Walls, children; Bruce and wife, Cindy, Brent Walls, Dawna Burton and husband, Tom, Brenda Williams and husband, Ron, Debbie Rochon and partner, Mike Silva and Wendy Pelletier and husband, Craig. Four brothers; Edgar and wife, Nancy, Bill and wife, Dee, Frank Walls and Lonnie and wife, Donna. Two sisters; Ida Page and Jean Gilley. Grandchildren; Whitney, Taylor and Ben Walls, Brooke, Tommy and Abbie Burton, Brandon and Brianna Williams, Raife and Emily Rochon, Derek and Amber Pelletier, JacobWalls and Cody Seavey. Putt was predeceased by his parents, two sisters, Leatrice Gilley and Wilma Seavey, one brother, Leroy Walls and a grandson, Riley Williams.
Graveside memorial services will be held 2:00PM, Monday, May 21, 2012 at Otter Creek Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Wayne Buchanan officiating.

Your loss is our loss, too. Putt was an excellent friend to Dad, and I will never forget his kindness.
I will often think of our conversations while visiting Dad but especially his visits to Eden School when Emily and Raife were there. So many kids thought of him as their grandfather "Doodah" too.
He was special to many and will be missed ALOT,
